Marsa Al Saadiyat is Aldar Properties' AED 100 billion waterfront destination on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Spanning 6.4 million square metres along 8 kilometres of coastline, it will house more than 58,000 residents and includes Abu Dhabi's largest marina with 350+ berths, 5.6 km of beaches, a 6,000-guest theatre, three schools, two luxury hotels, and an underground Etihad Rail station. It was formerly known as Saadiyat Marina District.

Aldar Properties is the master developer, responsible for the overall design and delivery of the primary infrastructure. The masterplan was inaugurated on 22 July 2026 by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.

Private mansions, luxury villas, a hillside community of standalone villas rising 22.5 metres above the shoreline, waterfront apartments, and branded residences with an international hospitality partner to be announced.
